The location next to the train station was convenient and better than any we've experienced before, with a delicious and varied breakfast offering.

The location was fantastic for attending an event at Ricoh Arena. It was conveniently close to the sports bar near the entrance, a coffee shop, and a downstairs bar/restaurant. The room was amazing for families with 1 double and 2 single beds, which was a great upgrade. The room also included an ironing set, an iron, and coffee facilities.

The staff at the reception desk was incredibly welcoming. the location was marvelous and brilliant, just a 10-15 minute walk from St Thomas Church Hall.

Everything was perfect with no complaints.

The location was wonderful, close to the attached Mill Bar/Restaurant. the room was upgraded to a suite, very quiet and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was incredible and easy - not too far from St Thomas Church Hall. There where pubs and a stadium close to the place. The rooms were neat for my wheelchair, you feel like home. I liked toast, cereal, eggs and breads for breakfast, which was included.

The rooms are nicely furnished and high-class, equipped with climate control, complimentary WiFi, and an ironing set. the breakfast includes excellent food, such as toast, fresh bread, cereals, and eggs. - Excellent and absolutely perfect location for visiting a stadium and bars close to the hotel.

The room was immaculate and high quality with breakfast.

Value foir money I could not really fault. Room was spacious and had a comfy bed and the inclusion of an iron and ironing board which was really handy prior to going to business meetings the next morning. Bathroom was also nice with a good power shower and bath. Air conditioning in the room along with lcd tv and tea/coffee. I had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good although certainly priced at 'hotel rate'

It was a long trek from the reception to the room which wasn't particularly well signed. The corridors are all in darkness until the lights activated by pir. Although this was no particular issue to myself I do not think children or lone females would feel particularly comfortable due to the time it takes for the lights to illuminate. Breakfast took 25 minutes to arrive and when I mentioned this at reception on check out all I received was, 'Sorry about that'

The queen room had all the basic facilities you need like an iron with an ironing board, coffee, and a safe. The location in Coventry was particularly good, close to the casino, shops, places to eat like Pizza Hut, and a nearby shopping center. The view was pleasant, and the bar was busy – everything was very good.

My room hadn't been cleaned very well. Hair in the bathroom and urine under the seat round the rim!

It was clean, the staff were very nice, it was interesting staying at a football ground, it was for the price exceptional value.

Not aimed at this hotel, most hotels are the same, it could of done with larger towels, also a mini bar would have been nice and lastly I thought the plate charge for room service was a bit high.

The breakfast was tasty around 9.15am, the queen room was excellent, and the location was central, just 300 metres from Jimmy Hill.

We were woken up at 7.00am by a voice on the tannoy shouting danger and that is it..we then were awoken 30 minutes later by another voice asking us to ignore the previous announcement. This was exstremley loud and startling!.... There was lots of noise throughout the stay making it difficult to sleep.
